Which data we process when you visit our website, make a reservation or write to us. Last updated: October 2026. This is a translation for your convenience; the German version is legally binding.

Hosting and server log files
Our website is hosted on servers of ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider.
With every request the server automatically stores: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type and operating system. We need this data to operate the website in a stable and secure manner. We do not combine it with other data and delete it after 7 days.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation).
Contact and enquiries
When you write to us or call us via the contact form, the event enquiry, the apartment enquiry, by email or by phone, we process your details (for example name, email address, preferred date, number of guests and your message) in order to answer your enquiry.
We do not pass this data on without your consent and delete it as soon as the enquiry has been dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where a booking or an offer is concerned, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Table reservation
For online reservations we use the reservation system resmio, operated by resmio GmbH, Katzwanger Straße 150, 90461 Nürnberg, Germany. The provider processes the data on our behalf. The reservation form is loaded directly from resmio’s servers when you open the reservation page. In the process, your IP address is transmitted to resmio.
We process name, contact details, date, time, number of guests and your wishes regarding the reservation. We use the data to plan your table and to reach you if we have questions.

Cookies and analytics
We only use cookies and similar storage that are technically necessary for the website to function, for example for the reservation system. Under § 25 (2) TDDDG no consent is required for this.
We do not use analytics or marketing services.
Fonts
The fonts of this website (Bodoni Moda and Instrument Sans) are hosted on our own server. No connection to servers of Google or other font providers is established when the page loads.
Maps
For the maps we use Google Maps, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The map is only loaded or opened when you click on it. Only then is your IP address transmitted to the provider.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent by clicking).
Social networks
We refer to our pages on Facebook and Instagram using simple links only. Data only flows when you click a link and open the respective network. The provider’s privacy policy applies there.
Storage period
We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose. After that we delete it, unless statutory retention obligations apply, for example under commercial or tax law.
